"Never use this service! Valentine’s Day BIG disappointment. Wife did not receive her flowers as promised. I ordered a week beforehand. Had to “communicate “ with a chatbot to get nowhere. No calls or anything! Have not received refund yet as promised. If you cannot provide the service don’t take the $$$$. Use another company."

"Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, they were delivered via fedex by a box left on the front desk of her work. Pretty upset I paid an up charge for that. Ontop of that the flowers are barely alive. WONT be using this company again."

They sent another one at no charge. The next one arrived with the blooms fallen off. They apologized for our inconvenience and issued me a refund. At a heartbreaking time when I was extending love and support and it didn't work out, I appreciated the cooperation, sympathy and quick response. They have won my customer lifetime loyalty."
