"Advertised same day delivery so at 11:00 a.m.placed and order on line represented themselves as a local florist "Gaineville Florist" but online return address was Rogerflorist with a New Jersey? Called 1 hour later never rec'd confirmation? Called and told to send an email as they were having problems with their confirmation email? Sent 2nd email one hour later no response! @ 5p.m. Manager left message order was canceled but she didn't know why? but now they disappointed my 85 year old Mom and taking 5 days to credit my charge shame on you!!!"
