"Yeah.. i tried to get some flowers for someone yesterday for Valentine’s Day and that just didn’t happen. Ordered and said it was confirmed and then called close to 6:00 and was told my payment wasn’t confirmed— that should’ve been communicated to me"

"I experienced GREAT service today! Upon ordering an arrangement online to be delivered I left out some important information. I was notified immediately via email of my error and I promptly received an invoice to pay. Later on in the day I was contacted regarding the color of the flowers and then again contacted with a photo of the final arrangement. I was so impressed not only with the BEAUTIFUL arrangement but with the customer service I received. Once I received a photo of the actual delivery, I was SURE I had chosen the right Florist !! Thank you Bella Arrangements for helping me celebrate a special day for my family member!!"

"Unfortunately, this place is not ready for business. I ordered flowers in May 11th for my mom’s birthday on May 12th . She never got them. The owner promised me she’d deliver them herself. Never did. She promised me a refund because her employee lost her dog and she was grieving because she had recently lost her daughter. I expressed my deepest sympathy and condolences. She then promised me she would still get my mother her flowers and give me a refund. Sadly, she never did. :-("

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE She’s a scammer. Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine’s day. They never arrived and I never received my refund after multiple requests. I now see that she has done this multiple times. She came up on $115. Thief."

"SCAM!!! If zero stars were possible I would give this company just that. I ordered flowers on 2/13/23 to be delivered on 2/14/23 and spoke with the customer service representative on 2/13 to confirm my order, delivery, and payment as I was ordering from out of state. When 2/14 came… NO DELIVERY and all of my calls go to a full voicemail. I’m left with no flowers for my love on Valentine’s Day and no response from Bella Arrangements. WHATEVER they did with my money, God will NOT bless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY… I don’t think they’re legitimate."
