"I ordered an arrangement for my mom’s birthday as a sweet treat for her since we live in different states. The day of delivery there was no estimated time of arrival given and because of this she was not expecting anyone and was unable to answer the door. Since she did not answer the door and I live out of state, I had to ruin the surprise for her and had to ask her to drive to pick it up herself! The person at the store when I called was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She told us it had to be picked up which defeats the purpose of me ordering something that was going to be delivered. I am extremely disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. Sadly, I will never order from this company again."

"Today I ordered an arrangement in person and in my Thank You card I put a Carwash Gift Card in for my friend and sealed the envelope. I then received a call that the owner Faraz Khan who opened my sealed envelope and said come pick up my gift card or they will toss it in the trash. I said who are you to open a sealed personal thank you card? He said pick it up or its trash. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!! He has a lot of nerve and I hope future customers see what kind of awful and creepy person he is to open peoples private notes! Disgusting human!!!! It never said anywhere that I couldn't put a gift card in my thank you note. Creepy establishment. Be wary."

"Very very disappointing!!! I got a gift basket thru this location my sister send me because I had had surgery and I’m also gluten intolerant and she thought giving me a fruit basket would allow me to eat the fruit and have a flower arrangement but the fruit was very very hard and was far from being ripped I emailed the company because I thought how is it possible even the strawberries are not eatable , the apples were so green hat not even with the chocolate it taste good . No one called or emailed me back . My sister spend almost $200 dollars and I could not eat any of it . They should of waited for the fruit they be at leased ready to eat and I had to throw everything away so disappointed."

"After my sister passed away on 7/4/21 my girlfriend sent me an edible arrangement from this location the delivery guy was super nice. Unfortunately before opening the arrangement I noticed fruit fly flying around in the bag. How disgusting I contacted the location immediately and they told me they would send out a new arrangement the next day. Three weeks later I still haven’t received the new arrangement and my girlfriend who sent it has not received the refund... WOW"

"Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I called right before they closed to make sure my order was being delivered since it had not updated all day. Kid tells me it’s been out for delivery since 1pm. Then he calls back couple minutes later and says oh wait never mind your order will be delivered tomorrow. (My anniversary is today not tomorrow). So then I say I need a full refund now. He puts me on hold to speak with manager. Comes back says maybe I’ll get email about refund tomorrow I said no let me speak to the manger. Which now he’s caught up in a lie because he now says manager isn’t there. Then he lies again and says oh wait I called him on the phone but I was only on hold for maybe 10 seconds. I called him out on his lies and say out the manger on the phone and he hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No one depend on them to deliver anything of meaning to you by delivery date promised when order is placed. Horrible. Had a specific date on the order confirmation and did not receive a phone call, email or anything that the order would not make it on confirmed order date. Update: the manger called me from the store minutes later. So he was there the whole time. Third lie."
