"I ordered flowers and balloons for my wife on Valentine's day just yesterday,they never arrived and when I went to the store to get a refund I was met with unprofessional and condescending attitudes from the managers smh and I still haven't got my refund. I will never order from them again!!!!"

"I will never order from this location again. I ordered my best friend chocolate covered strawberries for her birthday and when she opened the box to eat them, the strawberries looked old and had mold on it. Also, if you look at the last picture there is a bug in the strawberries. Simply disgusting! I called to file a complaint and was told that I had to wait 24 hours for a manager call back. See for yourself!!!!!! UPDATE: The store manager remade the order and the fruit was fresh. Thank you for making this right."

"Best store in GA! I order from this location a lot, we usually put our orders in a couple of days in advance but our last orders have been very last minute and this store delivers each time. Amazing fruit, Great leadership, always friendly. Ask for the manager she will take good care of you!"

"They gave me these funeral flowers instead of colorful flowers as an occasion gift. This was a pick up hands off order. When I got home to look at everything inside of the bag. They had given me chocolate muffins instead of strawberry. I had to drive back to the restaurant and was informed that they can’t exchange them because they have handled it off to me. I was paying that he was joking. I didn’t see only white flowers on the website. He stated that this was all that they had and couldn’t give me a refund on flowers that I haven’t even touch. It was still in the bag. The service here was horrible. Then they want to offer me 6 pack of chocolate covered strawberry as a substitute. I paid $40.00 for some crazy looking white funeral flowers and I could have done better by going to Kroger right next door. This was an online order that I chose to pick up to avoid going into any stores. I will never make this mistake again! I will buy my own flowers or picked them out of a yard before I ever get them at edible ever again! I will also make my own fruit cup!"
