"My husband ordered flowers for my mom, and they were gorgeous. I'm only giving 4 stars because we placed an online order, but the flowers were not delivered at all. The order was placed before noon on Sunday, and we found out later that they closed at 2. There was nothing on the website about online orders and their weekend hours. It only said that orders would be fulfilled within 4 hours of the online order time. Thankfully it was quickly resolved and the order was rescheduled easily. We were disappointed it couldn't be delivered on time, but overall we had a good experience."

"The Flowers/Roses pictured on their site are absolutely NOT what they look like when you receive them. The delivery service was very unkind and impatient. I also received the wrong vase. Lastly, I called the owner to express my concern, and to my surprise, he was extremely unpleasant as well. As a Small Business Owner, I wouldn't normally do this but do not waste your money here. You'll see a major difference in the photos below. They offered a refund but I had to bring the flowers back in order to receive them which continued to inconvenience me."
