One Rose Florist

"Horrible florist. Arrangement didn’t include a card so we had no idea who sent them. All we got was a small slip of paper with the name of the florist and the phone number When we called the florist, they politely said they had no idea…the order was made online and they could not give out that information and we should call 1-800- flowers. Unfortunately, since no one was home, they left them outside in the middle of a torrential rainstorm! Arrangement took a beating!"

"Ordered my wife a dozen roses for valentines day well in advance to be fulfilled when shop opened on Valentines Day and delivered to my wife nearby at work. Had used door dash for flowers many times before. Shop refused to fulfill order according to dasher and claimed they never got it. Door dash tried calling multiple times to correct issue but store would not pick up their phone. When in need of flowers look elsewhere."

"The ladies were busy at work. They were attentive! They were responsive when complimented. I appreciate ANY good customer service! It smelled heavenly and was quite beautiful! I needed last minute prom corsages, which were VERY pricy, but turned out beautiful. I spent almost $100 on 2 corsages. My heart palpitated, but my daughter was worth it, to me!"

"I ordered the “Deluxe” peace lily for one of my best friend’s mom funeral. It was the mid price of the 3 on the site. Well I hate to see what the standard would’ve looked like! I was extremely disappointed and almost embarrassed by the plant I saw. It definitely wasn’t what I was expecting after spending $80 with delivery fees and taxes! I also asked that it be decorated with purple if possible. I thought that should not have been too hard but I guess it was because a big ugly pink bow was placed in the oversized pot. To be fair these pics were taken 2 days after delivery. Day one it was more erect however that is a short amount of time for it to droop this much and have a brown tipped flower... Never again!"
