"Worst ladies ordered flowers 2weeks back for puja they even confirmed when I went in person 1week ago, the day of pickup they told they did not receive flowers, they sold order flowers to others for more money. Not a trustworthy people shame on their behavior. If there is an option I would rate negative -5 ."

"I ordered 2 varmalas online for an in store pick up for my wedding ceremony around 3 weeks in advance. These flower garlands go stale so they have to be ordered at the right time. I confirmed with the store 3 days before the pick up day that the varmalas were going to be delivered on time. Then the day before the pick up day they confirmed again that the varmalas would arrive the next morning. They actually took my order number and checked in their system so I knew they actually looked it up. The morning of the pick up , I go to the store and to my surprise it’s not there. The clerk assured me it’ll be there in their afternoon delivery. I’m unhappy but have a wedding the next day so I just plan to retrieve it in the afternoon. I sent a friend to pick it up in the evening, and surprise , the varmalas are not there. The next 30 minutes are spent over the phone with them asking me to confirm the order number multiple times and ends with them saying that’s it’s my fault for ordering the garlands so late . I managed to get the garlands at another shop but the unprofessional and neglectful attitude this business shows is really horrible."

"Great quality garlands, reliable next day shipping out of state, very fresh. Reasonable pricing. Only slight language barrier when I needed to call them directly to ask questions about which location to order from. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for flowers for their Indian wedding or other event."
