"Mary was very rude. I stood at the floral counter waiting for her to acknowledge me to assist me with some flowers. Instead, she looked at me and turned away. I then asked politely if she could wrap some flowers for me. (“Hi, could you please wrap these for me when you get a chance?”) She responded “GOOD MORNING” in a sarcastic way, giving me a dirty look. I guess she wanted me to speak to her first and say good morning. As the customer, I shouldn’t have to do that. I waited patiently. However, It truly made me feel like a bother. I hope she was just having a bad day or something because that was not an appropriate way to treat a customer who paid $80 for flowers. She did a beautiful job wrapping them for me, and I was very pleased. I just didn’t appreciate the communication."
