"Very fast, friendly efficient service. I live in Oregon and I needed flowers for my friend she lives in GA now and she is in the hospital. I called and left a message, they called me so fast, and processed my order over the phone. They also texted me a copy of the receipt, and a picture of gorgeous bouquet of flowers. "I called an order in from Athens, Ga, to Cartersville and I was amazed with the lady I talked with (sorry I didn’t get her name.) She gave me a number I could text her the exact picture of arrangement I wanted. She also helped me decide what to write on the card bc the recipient was under hospice and I didn’t want a card to say, “Get well soon.” She gave me several options, which were appropriate. The day the flowers were going out she sent a photo of the arrangement and a message to say they were being delivered that afternoon! I highly recommend L & M!!"

They really put so much thought into the flowers and were extremely professional and kind on the phone. They even let me know as soon as they were delivered. They do free delivery to the Cartersville area. My experience was absolutely perfect and my niece loved the flowers!!!! Thank you L&M Floral Designs you are the best!!
