"Worst location to get your taxes done. Rude people and they talk down to you and won't upload your taxes and will not take drop off. They made a eldely woman wait outside in the cold until it open at 905. Then they told her to upload her forms from her phone. She told them she was not tech smart and that she does not have email or internet and that she will have to figure it out. Cottage Hill is the greatest and will continue going there. They take drop-off and will scan their documents. Very customer services."
