"Showed up at 530pm for a 6 pm appt on the 25th. Rolled over scale empty, backed in door 14(they open from the inside so keep your doors closed) checked in, was loaded , scaled again and on my way out of the gate at 628 pm. Didn't get better than that."

"If you have a first delivery appointment in the morning (my was at 5 am and I was first in the list) You will not be able to in earlier than 5 am because there is no people in the receiving office. Note that here is the CENTRAL TIME! I spent the night at TA Express 20 miles away where it was Eastern time and arrived an hour earlier, so I had to wait on the street under the "no parking" sign.
