"Adriane Crosby Is very unprofessional I applied for the $1,000 Christmas loan And I was told I was kicked out the system and doesn’t know why . I asked for her to resubmit my paperwork I was told that it was to late even tho the payments wasn’t sent out yet now I haven’t received Christmas loan no taxes no child tax credit no nothing all the information she has is correct nothing has changed I contacted her October 15th she told me that she will go back in the office on the 16th or either the following Monday which is the 18th I still haven’t heard a reply back from her last year my child went without a Christmas because of Adriane Crosby once again she is not responding and now I’m taking matters into my own hands I don’t recommend this place at all !!!"
