"Travelers. Before you settle in your room, turn down the bedding, inspect your sheets, pillows. Then go to the bathroom and look at your towels before going into the shower. They’re dingy and dirty. Hair from who knows who. This was the state of my room on my last stay. I asked for the manager 3 of the 5 days there and he was no where to be found. My bill at check out was also higher than the rate booked on our business site. This place has gone down hill in a short time from my last stay in September. Will not be returning. Go elsewhere. Housekeeping is definitely not a priority here."

"This place is in rough shape…. The floor slopes to the right when entering room. The sliding glass door on the shower would not stay closed due to the slope, so the floor was soaked when I was done showering. I stubbed my toe on a raised tile in the bath. Noise travels through walls/ floors easily. I will not stay at this location in the future."

"A little pricey for my taste, but we were exhausted from traveling. Beautiful, large rooms, excellent t.v. channels, etc. Hotel staff was nice. Other guests made it a very bad night however. Bumping, banging, talking loud in the hallways late at night & throughout the night."

"I am so upset! I missed the survey. The team was phenomenal! In fact, I just finished a thank you note to them because they went above and beyond for me. It was a long stay during a difficult time. The food was LITERALLY the best hotel meal I've had. His planning for the varied interests of guests, and the variety for different food allergies/sensitivities was great. The front desk was flexible and accommodating given my weird ICU watch. The hotel was always clean, and the team graciously left me updated linens when needed (I was sleeping on weird schedules). The space was comfortable, with an area to work and relax while I was there for 14 days. I just can't say enough!!"

"Overall, it was a nice stay BUT! First of all, do not expect to get any work done here as the wifi is NON-EXISTENT. I was frustrated that the wifi connection was so weak, my internet would not load. Second, like some of the other comments had mentioned, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the rooms around you. The check in staff was not particularly eager to help. As a Platinum member, I do not expect to be greeted like a king or anything like that but don't put me on the lowest floor NEXT TO AN ELEVATOR. I had to ask them to move me once I found out where my room was located. Decent hotel but I would not stay here again."
