"They were so nice while charging over $900 to file my taxes. Then became the most disrespectful people I've ever done business with. From screaming over the phone when questioned and hung up on when was caught in a lies and refused to admit that they forgot to file my 2018 taxes in February and now its April. I was told I can have them completed in 30 minutes but when I asked so they haven't been completed since February? I was told "just come get your sh!t I'm not doing it" They are low lives who charge different ppl different amounts. added self employment on my taxes to get them more money when I'm not self employed nor did I give them and document stating I was. They are scam artist and I will be contacting the IRS letting them know I never gave them supporting documents for them to add any extra income"
