"The worst experience of my life. Their communication is terrible. I placed an order and paid $200 (with $35 for delivery), on their site they offered to have the meals delivered to me on a Sunday. After waiting all day, they called us to inform us that they did not deliver on Sunday. If this is the case, consider changing the system on your website. And they said the order would be delivered the next day (i.e. Monday). Once again we waited all day until 9:30 p.m. until we received a call from them saying they had lost our order. So it’s a shame for them because we were looking for a place to prepare our meals for 6 months. They also told me they would refund me, and I'm still waiting for it."

"I used to work for this company it’s great money for 20hr however their communication skills could be a lot better the reason I quit was because of improper wages meaning I wasn’t paid the correct amount of money for my time worked and I wasn’t paid on the day we agreed on. I’m sure their doing the best they can to run their business but making sure your staff is secured and satisfied should be the top priority I wish them the best as the grow and learn from their mistakes My final verdict is I don’t recommend this job to anyone who needs their money on time if you just need a quick few bucks and don’t care when you get paid then this job is for you."

"I was a little hesitant to order based on some of the reviews but I am happy to report, Atlanta Meal Prep was EXCELLENT in every way! They delivered promptly, had great communication and the food is 5/5. I could not be more pleased with their service and product. Whatever issues they had previously, they must have ironed them out. "They have to know a 1 star review is coming after my experience… where do I even begin? I decided to give this service a try even after reading the bad reviews because I was short on time (family emergency). The first time I ordered they were an hour late delivering the food and some of the food was salty. I also did not get some of the sides that I had requested. But the second time was a disaster. We decided to opt for pick up option the second time around because we’d be in the area. I put it two separate orders BEFORE Saturday 12 PM as they requested. When we arrived at Thrive Fitness (their pick-up location) on Sunday, the door was locked and things seemed sketchy at best. I called and they unlocked the door for me, but there was no one inside, which I thought was really strange. They directed me to a white refrigerator with an “Atlanta Meal Prep” sign on it, where I discovered half of my order missing. I called back and the girl was fully aware of what happened - she blamed the driver for not picking up both of my orders even though they both had my name on it. She said the driver wouldn’t be back in the area for another 1.5 hours, which of course I couldn’t wait that long. She said that the rest of my order would be delivered the NEXT DAY by 10 AM. I repeatedly tell her my missing items along with text messages. The next day comes (Monday) and I haven’t heard anything about my delivery. So I call, but no answer. Then I call again, no answer. But I get a text message back at 10:30 AM saying my order will be delivered by 1 PM. 1 PM comes and goes… I get another text saying my order has been delayed and the driver will be there at 1:45 PM. I’m writing this long detailed review so that other people considering this service will see the headache involved of having to chase down your food after you’ve already paid for it. This is not a “nice to have” option for us. This is a “need” as we are running a company of our own, taking care of an elderly family member and have another relative in the hospital and there is simply no time to prepare meals. This service is supposed to relieve some of that pressure, not cause added stress. They clearly have process and organizational issues, and even though they made it right at the end of the day, I don’t think I should have to pay for their mistakes. I am taking my business elsewhere."

"As an entrepreneur, I know the struggles of owning and operating a business. Trying to juggle multiple hats, while maintaining client satisfaction, managing employees, and overseeing an entire operation can be daunting. I can't rate Atlanta Meal Prep with less than 5 stars. I ordered on a Saturday past the deadline to be able to pick up on Monday, but I failed to read this in the fine print. I called disappointed my order wasn't available for pick up, and Bea explained how the process worked and took the time to educate me. For the inconvenience and as a first time customer, she went out of her way to ensure I received delivery on Monday evening. I meant to tip her but she left so quickly. Today, I reheated my first meal and I was pleased with the portion, flavor and freshness of the food. As a busy entrepreneur, I was searching for a a meal prep option and I'm pleased I learned about Atlanta Meal Prep from a friend and plan to use them weekly to save time and make sure I don't waste food. I highly recommend this Black Owned business and can assure you they deliver excellent service and have quality and fresh produce."
