"Terrible service from the girl working the counter with her nose uncovered by her mask. I told her I had a pre-paid QR code, at which point she just kind of stared at me. Then she told me to email the QR code to the FedEx address for this location, which I did. So she receives the email, prints the QR code, and just drops it on the counter and walks away without saying anything to me. So I stand there, thinking maybe there's something else I have to do, since she didn't say anything. Then she looks over at me after a few minutes of waiting at he counter and goes "was there something else?" with major attitude. So I said, "Yeah this is for a pre-paid envelope." She sighs all exasperated, tells me I need to go to the other counter, and I say, "Oh thanks for telling me." Really just piss poor service from her. Everyone else was, you know, fine."
"This place is great. No matter how small the purchase, I always get the very best of service and well informed help. FedEx is there to help you take care of all your shipping and production needs. The stationary there is way overpriced but all their hospitality will make you forget it."
