"I shipped once and it was fine no issues. The second shipment had a powerbank in it which I'm aware of was shipped seperately from the rest of the items. However after paying for air shipment for ALL the items, I was not notified that the powerbank had to be sent through ocean and not air. I was not even compensated for the extra money I spent. The customer service is not the greatest and can definitely be improved. The website does not allow you to change your address if you moved or relocated which causes more issues if you have mismatched addresses for using your card as payment. Customer service does not show any initiative give me a great experience of fixing the issues on the website so I can use my card. Due to the fact I had a lot of issues on the website because of the mismatched addresses at the end of the day the card was still in my name. Instead I had to go out of my way to purchase a money order to deposit in the ship to naija account and reach out to customer service via Whatapp to confirm I sent the payment. Which in fact took more money from me to sent versus using my card. All I have to say is ship to naira is a decent company. They definitely have a lot of repeated issued that consistently happens but not making much of an effort to resolve. Please hire better staff and update the website asap!"
