"They lose everything, nothing is tracked when it gets here, no updates. I end up giving up after a week or two past the delivery date and calling the company who mistakenly used FedEx to ATL to resolved the issue FedEx created. It's a waste of money and everyone's time. Maybe if they unionized and treated their employees better like UPS, we could get the same service. If you are shipping to Atlanta, use UPS or someone else, avoid this Ausstel local like the plague. This location is so bad that even my neighbors joke about it specifically."

"This is by far the worst FedEx delivery I have ever dealt with. Packages never get delivered and if they do, it’s to the wrong address. The drivers are blatantly stealing packages and this facility does absolutely nothing. I have been trying to get my couch delivered and am in constant contact with the most incompetent customer service people to ever exist. They do not do as they say they will. I’ve had to come up there in person and still did not get my issue resolved. It’s so tiresome. I had to get one of my packages delivered to an actual FedEx locations and not my apartment to ensure they deliver it. The drivers are just joyriding wasting everyone’s time and energy."

"Every package I've received from this location arrives multiple days late. Packages get delayed because 'business was closed' but I live in a house?? They will also claim package is delivered when it isn't, meaning it's impossible to get your money back. FedEx's customer service is also useless, and they never know where packages and can't communicate with drivers or even local offices."

"This is THE WORST place you can have a package go. They delivered my iPhone and of course the phone was not in the box. They are stealing people’s packages from this location and trying to deliver them still. This is sad and tragic, the corporation needs to a whole investigation on this facility."
