"I’d give one star if it weren’t for the customer service we received from Shaundra and Jennifer. We had talked to multiple supervisors after the FedEx driver delivered our package to an address we aren’t associated with (he scanned our package in with packages he was delivering to the tax office). Our package was sent back the next day and was supposed to be redelivered the following day. The following day instead of being delivered we got notification that it was delayed. We called this location and nobody seemed to know where our package was. We drove up there and got there 5 minutes til closing. Shaundra and Jennifer were kind and sympathetic. Jennifer tracked our package down for us and saved the day. They acknowledged our frustrations and don’t just blow us off. They went above and beyond to help us at closing time."

"Excellent staff. They went out of their way to track down an envelope for me. I gave up and they persisted. Couple minutes later, they had it. Awesome staff."

"Would give negative number stars if an option. Express package not delivered. When I question, I've gotten three different reasons. "Line too long" - There is NEVER a line at our receiving dock, "no one there to sign" - both myself and my mail clerk have been here since 7:45 and the area was NEVER un-manned, and 3. "Unsuitable location" - we received other FedEx express packages AND FedEx ground packages today, just like every other business day. Customer (no) service is no help."

"The drivers that deliver out of this location don't always attempt the delivery. I waited home all day, was out in my yard when they claim to have come, and I have video that they never came, but the FedEx and it's employees don't care. They commit fraud and say they did so that FedEx can get double the money for the sl shipment. Nothing happens because they care nothing about customers getting their packages, but they say they'll "investigate", but they don't. They lie in conjunction with the customer service reps on the phone. Choose anywhere but here!! Any other company but FedEx!! They commit fraud daily!! THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE POSTED BY THEIR EMPLOYEES AND ARE NOT REAL CUSTOMERS. LOOK AT THE PATTERN OF THE REVIEWS. FOR EVERY TERRIBLE REVIEW, THEY GET SOMEONE TO LEAVE A GREAT ONE, BUT THERE'S BARELY ANY DETAIL BCUZ IT'S THE EMPLOYEES"

"This place needs to be investigated. It seems very shady in there. They place your packages on hold for weeks, lose them, or will claim fraud on it to “investigate it”. I literally had to ship the exact items through usps because they claimed my package was fraudulent. I even made several calls to FedEx to make a case bc my package was just sitting there and they never mentioned fraud but told me my package could be picked up at the facility. Its interesting how my FedEx package made it all the way from ny with no problem but gets to this FedEx I lithia and suddenly it’s marked fraud. Girl bye. They couldn’t provide any further details on why or even help me, only that they couldn’t release it to me. Then they told me to call the police for help. They were very ghetto, rude, and making jokes about it like I was some criminal instead of making calls to resolve it. The black man with dreads was too busy switching around to actually help anyone and the blk woman w blue hair was too busy flirting with the male customers about going on hotel trips together. Anyways I had to resend the SAME exact items through usps and it got to me the next day with no problem. Fraudulent my a$$. Avoid this location like the plague. It’s giving fraudulent!"
