"Hands-down the worst company in this field. They charged me an extra $300 for “emergency” delivery of propane which was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. That in itself was a huge price gouge, but even still, I paid it because our tank was dead empty so we had no way to cook anything on the stove and no hot water running through our home. Stayed home all day so that they could make the delivery. Never even got a phone call called him back a couple of times was promised that they would come through today and they still never called & never showed."

"Had Sawyer Gas for a while. Cancelled Sawyer Gas and switched to a different company. They were on auto pay. Sawyer Gas collected my $500 and never returned my money. It would be nice to get my money back. I have even written letters and no response."

"Run, don’t walk, away from this company. Buy gas directly from Vladimir Putin first. TL;DR? 2 weeks to get gas, still waiting 2 weeks later for someone to unlock the tank so I can use the gas I paid for. First, there is *no* direct communication with any local office—all calls go to their operators in another country, who have varying levels of English proficiency. They are polite and efficient, but they aren’t *here* to deal with issues that might require flexibility. Second, you *must* prepay for gas. If, like me, you don’t have a gauge on your tank, you have to guess how much you need. If you overestimate, you have to call them and request a refund. Otherwise they apply it to your next order. Third, if you are unfortunate enough to miss the refill, they lock your tank for safety reasons. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to schedule the refill, and two weeks later I am STILL WAITING to be able to boil water. The gas is there, I just can’t use it. They were supposed to send somebody yesterday but according to the nice lady 5000 miles away, they “couldn’t schedule a technician” and would 7 days from now be OK? Thank god all I have is a stove. If I had my dryer and/or hot water on gas I’d be out of my mind."

"Their new phone system is horrible. 30 mins on the phone with someone who is just learning English and asked for prepayment. I don’t have a gauge on my tank so I’m not sure how they would know what prepayment would be. I was disconnected and they didn’t even call back. Do not use the 800 number!!"

"The man who works at this location is a polite and respectful Veteran. I have used their services many times and will continue to do so. The prices are fair and I have never had any issues."
