Tracking status says it left the DHL facility and is in route, yet no estimate delivery date. This is not how you do business. UPS, FedEx and Amazon has never given me any trouble but DHL seems sceptic."
"I recently made a purchase of an expensive piece of equipment from Nantes, France, for my work. Unfortunately, my experience with the shipment has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The equipment was expected to arrive promptly, but it is now seven days overdue. When I inquired about the delay, I was initially told that it was due to unpaid customs and duties. After I sent my receipt showing that I had paid the charges within eight minutes (literally) of receiving the payment request via email on the originally scheduled date of arrival, they didn't have any response. Their customer service representatives have failed to provide a plausible explanation for the prolonged delay, and their communication has been severely lacking in professionalism and empathy. I have reached out to them multiple times via phone and email, expressing my concerns and seeking clarification on the situation, but to no avail. Not once have they offered an apology for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused me, despite the clear mishandling of my shipment. I am left with many questions and growing concerns about the integrity of this company's business practices. I implore them to investigate the whereabouts of my shipment and provide a satisfactory resolution promptly. In addition, I would appreciate any details from them that could help build a stronger case against this unacceptable delay and lack of communication. "IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. literally stayed at home and called out of work to wait on my packages that are scheduled for today. I get a notification that I could not be contacted and no one was home to sign WHICH WAS A BOLD FACED LIE. No one ever knocked on my door nor called me prior to attempting to deliver anything. I promise DHL is by far the worst delivery service company to deal with. This is the second time this has happened to me and at this point I will be taking legal action. Being unprofessional and lazy at a job that effects other is not good at all! the first time I was harassed and cursed out by the delivery driver and I have all of my proof to show my lawyer. Then y’all turn around and lie again that no one is home when I’m sitting right here waiting for my delivery. I will be compensated or someone is about to loose their job. Pathetic delivery service is what I will not condone!"
