"Honest Review from Tony. It's been around 3 month ago since I purchase my 06 Toyota 4runner from them. When I test drive the car, it drove great. I check everything I could think of but I'm not a GREAT mechanic but know some of the basic. When I check lights, the rear passenger blinker wasn't on. The salesman told me it's just a $3 bulb and I took his word. He was super nice in letting me make a $1,000.00 deposit and to bring the $$$ back the next day. After couple weeks trying to fix the blinker bulb myself I wasn't able to fix it so I took it to the Toyota dealership and they told me I need new tail light ($378.00) so I got it repair and it now works fine. First, I called call the salesman concerning the bulb and her told me it was to late to do anything. I also got the 4runner fully check by the dealer and found out that the timing chain cover has a big leak which I still haven't seen any leakage in my driveway yet. Repair for that is close to $5,000.00. The timing chain issue is my bad. I just don't know much about it and don't feel the salesman knew either HOWEVER.....I 100% feel he should have replace the ($3) bulb as a customer service thing but, again it's on me. if he would have replace the bulb and seen it was the tail light was bad, they could have fix it super cheap and I would have given them a 5 stars. Would I buys from them again?, if their something I really wanted."

"I bought a 2011 vehicle for my daughter here. The radio did not work, but he assured me that it worked earlier in the day and he would do his best to get it fixed. The radio was NEVER fixed. He gave us a 3 month warranty, but I believe whatever was wrong with the car was fixed to last a few months. The car is in the shop for the 3rd time in less than a year. We have put over $2000 into the car so far, not counting the current shop visit. If only I could go back, I should have walked away in the first place."
