"Easy in easy out park on the street before checking in it's tight enough no need for more clutter than necessary. Sign in on clipboard give pu number and you'll either get a door assigned right away or they will call you depending on what time your appointment is advice is to come about an hour before your appointment your more likely to get a door right away 35 degrees for refer back in slide tandems and disconnect your red line they call you when you are loaded"
"This place sucks. Walk down the hill to check in. Then wait an hour or two to get a door. Then it's a tiny tight lot. Quick loading. Park/sleep on the street."
"Truck driver here. I had an appointment there today to pick up a load. The people inside the shipping office are very nice. The only bad part is that it took them 3.5 hours to load me. Also, you better be good at backing, this is a very very very tight loading dock area. They ask that you move your tamdems all the way back before docking. Pleasant pick up."
"Appointment at 11:30am and after 3h of waiting still no door. I go to the office to check what’s going on and after calling someone I’ve been told they are working on it. Two hours later I go back, shift has changed, new people, they call someone and I’ve been told that they are still working on it. I ask for a supervisor, but I’m being told to go to the building next door 1700. I go there ring the door but nobody comes. I go and talk to a driver who’s waiting to get loaded. He’s been here for 9h. Someone comes out and tells me they had a forklift driver that’s new and that’s why it’s slowly moving everything. I’m being promised I’ll be next. 6:30 I get in the empty dock. I go in and give them the paperwork with load info. 30 min later nothing happens. Shift is changing in the warehouse. Finally I talk to a young lady who seem to be in charge. She has no idea what is going on with my load. I ask for a supervisor. He’s gone home for the day. I get Dimitri’s # and call him. Surprisingly he picks up the phone. I explain the situation and he promises to find out and call me back. He does and tells me that I will be loaded soon. 7:30pm the young lady comes out and informs me that they had some issues with the load, now they have to get another trailer with a new load from the factory next door. 8:00 they bring the trailer with the load. Hopefully it’s mine. 9:30 they start loading me. Finally loaded 10:30pm!!! Thumbs up for the young lady who was at least very nice! Same with the off duty shift manager. The management here have lots of work to do, to improve the situation. It’s unacceptable to have some for 7-9h wait to get loaded."
"Kinda tight getting in. Stop at stop sign. Go up the ramp to check in. Make sure your trailer is clean. Super nice people. Very friendly and polite. If you understand the principles of backing, you shouldn't have a problem. Some spots are a challenge, but if you know how to back a trailer, you will be fine."
