"If you're early, there's on-site parking, lots of space, a small cafeteria, and restrooms inside. I come here often. Sometimes, loads or doors are ready early, sometimes not, as with any shipper/ receiver. Staff is friendly. Rigpark location 1 minute away if you want to park at a store."

"Yeah is true all the reviews. If you intend to deliver here you gonna waste a lot of time my appt time was for 12pm is 4.16pm and i am still waiting for a door. And when i ask why is the delay the only answer the gave me was "wait in your truck when they are ready 4 u they will knock" So my fellow drivers if you are delivering here good luck and happy 10hrs break."

"**DO NOT HAUL** Appointment was scheduled for 0600 on 10.02.23. It is 1206 and no door assignment as of yet. DO NOT HAUL if you adhere to FMCSA’s clock regulation! The only answer I received from receiving is they accept trucks as needed. Well WHY IN THE HELL did you order the products or schedule A TRUCK for delivery if you didn’t need the product upon their arrival. Horrible management and poorer communication."

"Literally decline any loads you have for this facility unless you're okay sitting an unreasonably long time. We got here at 2 am the day before our appointment, they said they'd try to work us in if they can, which is understandable. Our appointment was at 5 am today, we've literally watched other trucks, with the same appointment time as us, who got here after us, get in doors. It's 2 hours after our appointment time, were still waiting to be put in a door, and shipping hung up on us when we asked for an update on when we can even expect to get a door. It's the fact that we got here 12+ hours before other drivers with the same appointment time as us, and they just put them in doors before us. And the unprofessionalism of hanging up on drivers. They really don't care at all about drivers."
