"DO NOT SHOP THERE UNLESS YOU VERY CERTAIN WITH YOUR PURCHASE ! I went in there on my birthday and bought a gold nugget ring the ring was tight, I was told by the female owner, “hey that looks good on you go ahead and buy it” knowing that the ring was extremely tight. She also stated that a place in bainbridge could resize it for $20-$30 bucks, I’m thinking okay that’s not much. While looking for a place to resize it I was quoted $80-$130 AT THE LEAST. I paid $150 for the gold ring so of course I wasn’t about to pay an additional $100 to get it resized, I was going off what she was telling me which was reasonable. I spent 5 days looking around Tallahassee and bainbridge to find someone to resize it. After not finding anyone I was still within my 7 day window which is usually most places return days. I called and tried to see what options did I have to return it and I explained the situation to the guy. He told me the owner was off that day and he would contact me back on Monday. Monday I did receive a call back which I appreciate but the guy told me that they WOULD NOT be able to take the item back, I had my box and receipt and the item. She told the guy to tell me they don’t have any control on how much the resizing fees is at the other places which I 100% understand BUT don’t tell me you’re guaranteed it’s gonna be that price and I buy your product going off faith BY YOU, and it turns out to be the exact opposite. Mind you I already paid an arm and a leg for something from a pawn shop that I could’ve bought brand new AND MY SIZE. For the exact same price. I knew the guys at folmars in Tallahassee (the best pawn shop ever) and he said they probably got the ring from someone for probably $30-$40 bucks even though it’s real and sold it 7x that price and with it being a pawn shop in a small city they can’t afford for someone to return anything because most places have a return policy. I wasn’t even offered store credit it was basically you bought it now you’re stuck with it. The ring was $199 she was giving me a “discount” for my birthday ? Nah you was just trying to sell. But that will be the LAST sell you get from me or ANYONE I know if I have any control of it. Thanks for doing bad business"
