"I didn't have a bad experience with staff but I could not drop-off my return package with a QR code. I was making a return from Adidas, which lists this place as having a scanner available to make the return with a QR code instead of printing off the return label myself. They do not have that option available. We had to try the Walmart on Watson and the FedEx there did it quick and easy. So, if you're using a QR code to return a package don't go here! As of Dec. 2022"
"Warning “Do Not Use these folks for overseas shipping”. 1) The clerk promised it would get delivered in 5 days (paid them $100 plus for the fastest delivery possible). That was 10 days ago. 2) The clerk did not have the complete address listed on my receipt. Stupid me for not catching it even though he stated he had what he needed to get it delivered in his computer system. 3) When u try to follow up with them directly they are of no use. They just refer u to an international number and good luck with that."
"Fedex OnSite is located inside the Walgreens at the corner of Moody Rd and Russell Parkway. I use this service frequently and I'm happy to say that.the process runs smoothly and the Walgreens employees are always friendly and helpful."
"The Walgreens FedEx drop off is not of the par. I will not drop anything off there ever again. they don't have tape to secure your boxes or packages, try to sell me some from Walgreens. I had a big package and I don't think it was able to fit in there a little lock box."
