"I ordered a bottle of Angostura Cask Collection rum for $150 from a company in California as a gift. It arrived 3 weeks later, leaking from a broken seal. Desperately, I turned to the internet and found Wine Barrica. First thing I noticed, the price of the same bottle was 30% less at Wine Barrica. I went ahead and hurried up and ordered two (one for me). I placed the order on a Tuesday evening, it shipped out Wednesday morning and arrived in Baltimore from Florida on Friday. I did not have to pay extra for expedited shipping. FedEx screwed up and didn't deliver my order on Friday, so I called Wine Barrica for support. They reached out to FedEx to track down my rum, and kept me updated until it was in my hands. BOTH bottles are sealed and unbroken! This was truly exceptional customer service."
