"I would give them 0 but I want to rant. It was a bag of dog food from BJs. Driver said we lived in a busy high traffic area where it would get stolen. Again it was 50lbs of dog food and we live on a quiet side street in Grant Park Atlanta. We were also sitting in the living room by the front door. She didn't even bother to knock. We've had the same order delivered a number of times by instacart. No problems. This company needs better employees or better bosses. What a joke. My dogs hate them."

"I got my Home Depot order delivered to my unfinished house the next day, and the delivery guy made sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. I even got a heads up that it was on the way! I'd recommend them highly for their expediency, common sense, and courtesy: thumbs up!"

"Terrible delivery service. Fanatics should be ashamed of themselves for using this "carrier". Customer service is impossible to reach, simply non-existent. My package was absolutely stolen, showed "gig cancelled." No explanation or rhyme or reason. Tried to call Roadie, could not get through after hours of waiting on hold. Had to deal with Fanatics, which at least reshipped it . And now I don't even know if the reshipment is going to come, been watching the driver drive around all day all over the city on the tracking. Can't even message him or talk to him. I hate this..."

"I urge you, do not work for this company because there Is a 90% chance that you may get cheated of your hard earned money. I completed three jobs with them since the new year began and they only paid me for one job. This Is criminal and I have sent several emails giving them a chance to make things right, review their accounting and no corporation, as a matter of fact they told me that they were no longer dealing with me if I was going to the better business bureau. They reused to help me or pay me and told me that I should have taken picture of my delivery driving jobs. This Is definitely not accountable, responsible or reputable. No way can a company not have any records of someone doing a job and not being acknowledged and paid. They have left me no choice but to report them to the IRS and the BBB based in the other reviews this Is a consistent pattern of theft of this company. Anyone who has been cheated definitely needs to file a lawsuit and we all get what's rightfully owed to us."

"I drove for this company for about a year and a half. In that time, they short changed me a few times, but nothing too major. However, they have gotten much worse, and just stole (IMHO) $200 from me because the delivery location was not accessible. Mind you, I have a 5 star rating for well over 1000 deliveries. I always go the extra mile. However, the manager at a local Tractor Supply said she wasn't going to pay because the customer cancelled the order. So they are not go to pay me for the several hours I put into trying to get this delivered. They officially deactivated my account. But I understand that with the extreme language I used about them being thieves."
