"I would not recommend this place, I would give it a zero out of 10 for customer service. The person who assisted me was very unprofessional, his name is Francisco and from the moment I arrived I wanted to leave due to his bad attitude, my intention was to have an excellent experience declaring my taxes, it has definitely been the opposite, since this guy He doesn't know how to interact with customers and unfortunately, it doesn't make me want to return to this place. My stay lasted about 15 minutes because I decided not to do my taxes there, I didn't feel confident putting something so important in a zero receptive person. Also, it is very important for people who think about going to this place that the cost of this bad experience has been $100 for poor customer service and not receiving any type of service."
