"I went for a quick print job which I have always gotten done behind the counter, but their printers are down. So I was forced to print for myself. I was frustrated by all the changes. There was a full staff there, so the changes weren't because of not having enough ppl working. I had to put money on a card to use in the printer, but could only add money if I had cash, or else I had to use a debit card at the printer. Who carries cash?! Fortunately, Kenyatta was super patient with me through all my frustration, and she assisted me at the printer since my job was a 2-sided job. After her help, I also needed assistance getting a refund because I have a discount card which I wanted to use. Ms Davita, the Asst Manager, had to figure out how to issue this discount after the fact. She did the research and consulted with Melissa, and then was able to issue my discount refund. I have used this store for years and once again they didn't disappoint. I appreciate their customer service despite my frustration with all the challenges. AND I got my print job done! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because I had to do the printing. Note: I was not in a rush, so timing was not an issue. I was in and out within 30 mins."
