Reviews
"I missed my express being dropped off and went to the distribution center. The staff was wonderful in helping me locate my express envelope even though the office was closed. They really cared that I got my express mail envelope and I was so thankful to them. The express envelope was my first paycheck from my job that I had been waiting and working really hard for a month for. They understood the need of the situation and reached out to supervisors which let the ground staff know which driver had the package. The driver was nice to look through his remaining stock of packages to find this express envelope. I cried and thanked God for making such great staff. It was a team effort by the folks on the ground at the distribution center. I would like to thank all of them personally! As for their phone reps. They were as useless as..... well, you can finish that sentence for yourselves."
