FedEx OnSite is a convenient location inside Walgreens at 695 W Crossville Rd in Roswell, Georgia. You can pick up or drop off pre-labeled FedEx packages without waiting at home for a delivery. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location. You can also easily redirect your package for pickup here. If you have a QR code from an online store, bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label and take your return. There are no additional fees for using this location, and most FedEx Express and Ground packages are accepted. International packages with a U.S. address are also accepted. Make sure your package is properly sealed and labeled before dropping it off. If you need packaging supplies or assistance with packing, visit a staffed FedEx location nearby.

"Tried returning our ATT router/modem here, they started the process and then said they couldn’t do the final part of the process so they sent us to a different fedex. Went to a different fedex and they said they couldn’t process our router/modem and that we’d have to have the original fedex ship it. Took it back here and they said they could do it. A few days later i got a call saying they couldn’t do it and basically said that it was my problem i had to deal with, so i had to drive back, pick up the package, call ATT and jump through some hoops to get it reset in their system so that I could take it back to a different fedex. Employees at the desk were well meaning, but the Fedex store here is just simply undertrained and not helpful, and I wasted a lot of my time and caused a lot of frustration."
