"At this location, (same goes for next door FragilePAK) They should make semi trucks drop the trailers, disconnect and park away. This would help a lot with backing into docks and prevent accident and crash to happens. Very tight space to back and even to pull forward and get out."
"Attention Lowe's Attention Allen & Roth Attention Ikea This company does NOT take care of your clients! They do not answer phone! They do not provide correct information! The company received our goods on 3/28/2022 and then promised delivery on 4/1/2022. We were told on several occasions on 4/1/2022 that they could not get hold of the driver, in fact the item(s) were never shipped from their location. They didn't actually send them out for delivery. (Basically, they lied to us about not getting hold of the driver when the item(s) never left their facility.) Promised delivery on 4/2/2022 and promised call back, neither happened. Promised delivery on Monday 4/4/2022 from Allen & Roth (this is what the Logitics company told their client - then told us that the timeline was never scheduled) and cannot get anyone on the phone to validate the promised delivery *TIME*. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company for delivery. I recommend that you do not use them for delivery and I am sure Allen & Roth are thinking twice about using them in the future. At this point we have lost so much money on contractors and promised delivery that you would not believe. When a company promises to deliver products of this magnitude they should at least call back! We have been on hold twice today for more than 30 minutes with customer support agents that cannot get us a manager to discuss the issue with. Also, their hold music is agitating. They are now trying to delay delivery until 4/15/2022 (2 weeks! they indicate they cannot get a truck for 2 weeks!?!? What?) This whole experience is absolutely unacceptable and Lowe's | Allen & Roth | Ikea, should NOT use them any longer."
