"This office delivers our packages to random spots where things can get wet. They deliver down a very steep hill to the basement. There are 2 entrances on the ground level that are unobstructed, which would be less effort than that path and entrance! They will deliver things to the middle of my yard (literally 50 ft from the end of the street and my door, just sitting there). They delivered $3k of equipment to the side of the street in the rain. They are horrible and rude. If I had a choice I would never use them."
