"This building can be the most progressive when it wants to be, the work is not hard and management has improved a bit. I actually loved working with my managers (Jerome & Latoya) and some pa’s (Randell, Sophia, Cory). I liked the diversity, ethics and different backgrounds something other than Texas facility. The learning ambassadors did care and have a great value and sense of heart. (Donovan, Kobe, Ivan) Dat1 / Smyrna merge did help with efficiency of the workload."

"Ok let's be honest, amazon is not for everyone but you got to do what you got to do...honestly i been working since October and it's not so bad, of course it close to Christmas those packages have to get out, I understand I am a faithful buyer. The management on my shift is very laid back, I'm a temporary worker, I knew this going in, I could not go full-time,I have a business I run during the day. I can't say what the other shifts are like, but 8:50 to 12:50 is a piece of cake. Whomever is looking for work, this is not a bad location."
