"I googled FedEx location near me and it sent me here. I had my package packed up correctly and just needed the return label printed out to be placed on the package. I asked who I thought was a store employee if they did things such as printing return labels and I was let know very quick that we don’t be doing stuff like that up in here. Come to find out it was the store manager. After she and I had a detailed discussion I got it done. Bottom line...Lead by example"
