"I hired True Service Moving after a miscommunication with my preferred mover. Travis was very nice, very helpful and gave me a great price. I should have known better when his team showed up almost 2 hours late in a UHaul truck. They looked like they had just gotten out of jail. One if them had a serious anger management problem! Since I renovated my house before actually unpacking, I am just now finding all the damage from my boxes being thrown into the back of the truck, not to mention my furniture being scratched from not using moving blankets! And of course, they have you sign a contract agreeing to not hold them responsible for damage! If you're interested in unpacking shards of glass and ruined furniture give them a call!"

"I'm so happy I found True Service Moving for our agency. We are a local nonprofit assisting people with developmental disabilities, so when they are moving into a group home we staff, they don't have much to spend. We want to make sure their transition from one place to another is as smooth as possible. Travis and his crew were punctual, professional, friendly, and so reasonable to work with. The movers were strong and fast and very very nice, and very diligent to stack everything nicely and strap it real good and use a lot of blankets to make sure things weren’t scratched. "After several unsuccessful attempts at hiring other local companies to move a commercial cooler & the last company leaving the cooler in my driveway, I reached out to True Service Moving. Travis immediately sent out two guys to ensure they had the man power & equipment necessary to move the cooler. They scheduled the move the next day. The day of the move, unfortunately they arrived 20 minutes early. Normally this is a good trait, but I was in a meeting & wasn’t available. Thankfully my husband was able to assist in directing the move of the cooler & other items. The men were very polite & hard working. They finished ahead of schedule & ensured I was happy with the placement of all the items in the new location before departure.
