FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Walgreens at 9307 Lee Highway in Ooltewah, Tennessee. This location allows you to pick up and drop off FedEx pre-labeled packages without the need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip. Simply pack and securely seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location. You can also conveniently redirect your FedEx package for pickup here. If you have a QR code from an online store, bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label and process your return. "I attempted to return a package that was unopened with a prepaid shipping label, and was told I would have to buy an eight dollar roll of tape to adhere the shipping label to the box myself as they would not provide tape. At this rate, it won’t be long before you have to bring your own silverware to Chick-fil-A. This type of cut rate service is completely unacceptable. Also, the customer service representative that assisted me was extremely apathetic, and the professionalism of their appearance was consistent with the level of service that I received. I will avoid this place at all costs."
