"They're only a drop-off location. They cannot produce a label for you, nor do they have FedEx boxes for sale. They do have some shipping supplies for sale in their stationary section. Your package needs to be ready for shipment with a label. If you have a return and a QR code, they can print the label. Otherwise, the label needs to be printed, or you can submit and pay for a photo order to have it printed there."
