"I don't know who's delivering on Shelmound road in Jasper, Tennessee, but the driver always just throws the packages on the porch and damages them. I haven't had a good response in getting refunds so I just let it slide Because the product didn't cost that much and it wasn't worth the problem. I've get trying to get the money back. I had a similar incident Where UPS sent it to the wrong address? I had to pay for it and was never reimbursed. I hate using this service."
