"I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RECOMMEND ATTEMPTING TO GET AHOLD OF UPS LOCAL FREIGHT DEPOT IN FORT PAYNE, AL- EVEN HAVING THE PHONE NUMBER AND SPEAKING TO SOMEONE- THE MANAGER WAS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, ( I CALLED ABOUT 2 PACKAGES THAT SHOWED ON TRACKING- THAT WERE SITTING AT THAT DEPOT FOR 3 DAYS WITHOUT MOVEMENT OUT FOR DELIVERY) - NEVERTHELESS, THE CALL WAS LESS THAN TO BE DESIRED- AND NOT WHAT I EXPECTED- BY COMPARISON- WHEN I NEED TO CALL FED EX DIRECTLY- IN CHATTANOOGA, TN- LOCAL NUMBER- THAT MANAGER, TRACKS DOWN ANY PACKAGE QUICK AND IS SUPER CUSTOMER FRIENDLY- IM NOT SURE WHY SUCH A VAST DIFFERENCE. HOWEVER, THE ACTUAL UPS DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING!!"
