The woman who helped me was very kind and honest which is rare these days. She showed me that my links were not saudered which means it was easy to do and said I could even do it at home. She took a few minutes to take out some links and make sure it was a good fit. I was happy to pay for the service but she said there was no charge since it was very simple.
