But instead of them trying to rectify the situation. I was ignored and hung up on. They don’t have to worry about that again cause I will not be back. "CROOKS! Please do not use them or let anyone in you know use them! Been using Wesley Kroll (owner) for almost ten years and he's done so many sketchy illegal things on peoples taxes to make money.. My husband and I, my sister, my dad (who I all told to use them) are all being audited. I currently owe $7k back to the IRS and state. Not to mention him and his father got arrested in Columbus for setting fire to a tax business they use to work for and Wesley was arrested last April for Computer forgery; false statements or writings; concealing facts."
