They want to charge me ADDITIONAL $125 to fix it back to its original color. Please be very careful taking your Diamond rings or any jewelries to the store."

"I have to admit, this was going to be a bad review. My boyfriend bought a necklace from there that I just did not like. I told him to go and return it. When he went back, he was told that they do not do any returns on clearance items. The problem is that this policy was NOT told to us when purchasing and is not stated anywhere in the store AND is not even on the receipt! I thought that was ridiculous as this kind of thing should be stated at least when you buy something! However, the lady was very nice and said she would do an exchange, which I appreciated. She was very friendly and understood my point of view, which I appreciated. I was going to say that I will never buy something here again, but after her kindness, I wouldn't mind doing business there again. I think this is a good lesson for the store to really tell their customers about return policies. It is important. I guess I recommend, Just be aware of no returns on clearance items!"
