"I just came up to get my belongings. Never was informed they were moving. I came with my money now I have to wait for the inconvenience that was brought to me. Wish my belonging doesn’t get lost playing the moving game. If I knew that I would have not did that due to the risk of sneaky employees and contract workers. But if anybody has information I’d love to hear it. The woman said they’ll be open tm but I doubt it then they will be closed on Sunday. Highly upset nobody took the time to call or say nothing. Please be considerate and more professional on informing your loyal customers"

"I VISITED THIS LOCATION A FEW WEEKS AGO BECAUSE I HAD AN UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL EXPENSE SO I NEEDED TO GET A LOAN ON MY LAPTOP COMPUTER..... UPON ARRIVING AT THIS LOCATION I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY AS IF I HAD STOLEN THE LAPTOP FROM SOME ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT STORE...... MEANWHILE COINCIDENTALLY ANOTHER GENTLEMAN WAS PAWNING HIS LAPTOP AS WELL RIGHT NEXT TO ME. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE OTHER CUSTOMER AND MYSELF WAS OUR SKIN COLOR. I WAS SCOLDED VERBALLY FOR NOT HAVING A RECEIPT AND REFUSED THE LOAN WHILE THE OTHER GENTLEMAN WAS GIVEN A LOAN WITHOUT HIM HAVING A RECEIPT... WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS TREATED THIS WAY I WAS LITERALLY TOLD TO MY SHOCK THAT IT WAS BECAUSE I AM A N#GGER AND THE OTHER GENTLEMAN WAS WHITE, SO I CALMLY PLACED MY LAPTOP BACK IN THE BOX AND LEFT THE STORE.... AFTER LEARNING THAT I HAD A 785 CREDIT SCORE I DECIDED TO GET A LOAN INSTEAD TO TAKE CARE OF MY UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL EXPENSE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN..... I WILL INEVITABLY UPDATE THIS REVIEW WITH THE NAMES OF THE EMPLOYEES WHOM I INTERACTED WITH SO THAT EVERYONE READING THIS CAN KNOW TO STARE CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION IF THEY ARE BLACK......"

"I called prior to going and explained exactly what I had, so as not to waste a trip. Drill bits, hole saws, extension bar LOC TIGHT and a 1/2 inch conduit bender. Either never used or lightly used. Over $160 retail cost. They said they need to see it at the store. I drove to the store and the employee said they give those away, and offered $15! 1) THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT ON THE PHONE AND SAVED ME THE TRIP! 2) $15 is A SLAP IN THE FACE! I was extremely offended! This disabled veteran will NEVER return to this OR ANY OTHER Cash America Pawn location after being treated like this!"
