"I don't even give a smudge of the first start but had to choose one star.If you ever want a refund from taxes each year then this is not the place. Sorry low down crooks. Charged 1500 in fees to file and while getting a second look on the ones from the last two this year with a different company they don't file your state and they leave stuff off you will never get your full amount back. They are probably keeping that for themselves they will not stand behind you but thats fine they will know when they pay me back all the fees and everything. Just looking out for everyone else."
