"I am deeply disappointed by the recent encounter I had with Atlanta Customs Brokers, particularly with Ms. Adriana Trueba, the purported owner of the company. My previous collaboration with the company had been promising, prompting me to consider them for future endeavors. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with Ms. Trueba has significantly tainted my perception. During a phone conversation, Ms. Trueba displayed an astonishing level of disrespect and arrogance. Her tendency to monopolize the conversation, raise her voice, and disregard my input was both perplexing and disheartening. As someone who represents the company, such behavior is entirely unacceptable. Moreover, despite providing crucial shipment details via email and nearly 24 hours passing, I received no acknowledgment or response. This lack of communication management raises concerns about the company's professionalism and attentiveness to customer needs. What was particularly concerning was Ms. Trueba's assertion that other customers take precedence, implying a hierarchy among clients. This stance contradicts fundamental principles of equitable treatment and customer service. Regrettably, due to this distressing encounter and Ms. Trueba's unprofessional conduct, I have decided to sever any potential future business with Atlanta Customs Brokers. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from a company's owner, which undoubtedly impacts the overall reputation of the business. It is my hope that this review serves as an opportunity for reflection and improvement within Atlanta Customs Brokers. Future customers deserve an experience that reflects professionalism, respect, and attentiveness, which sadly I did not encounter."
