"Scam: few boxes not pickup with in 24 hours will result is $200 storage fee. The staff just talks to each other on personal stuff. No customer service no automated paper filling so you just have to sit there for hours before you get a answer."

"Shipping my dog internationally was a traumatizing experience at Swissport International checkin facility, Atlanta. I know that live animals and medical supplies are meant to be prioritized for loading and checking in the warehouse and they made my pup and me wait for a whole 2 hours in the hot warehouse with him distressed in his crate rather than checking him into the animal waiting room. No one seemed to care at all and did not know what they were doing. It was extremely traumatic for both my dog and me and I pray to god he makes it safe to his next destination because Swiss Itd, Atlanta has not reassured me at all."

"There are a few steps you need to take. 1. Go to the truck pass lot first to get checked in and get a dock number. 2. Backup your truck to your dock and go to D13 to get your paperwork checked. 3. After your paperwork is cleared you’ll go to D19 and get unloaded. My first time experience was someone great."
