"Place has improved since covid, I recommend downloading app for an easier ingate and outgate. Wait times for getting loaded can fluctuate but it seems mostly good and there are times when the system messes up."

"WARNING: If you're picking a 53' box from stack area--meaning you need bare chassis. The side loaders will treat you less than dirt, they look see you sitting there, and still completely ignore you. They're very rude and very unfriendly. And if you don't know the rules about getting a container put on a chassis at their yard you're in for a rough time. The guys in the office were helpful and friendly. The side loader personnel need additional training when it comes to dealing with others the world is not evolved around them."
